I have been writing for ten years and along the way I’ve learned a lot. Not only how to research legitimate agents and editors, but how to find plot holes, wasted words, repeated words, create arcs, among other things. When I started this journey, I had no idea so much went into writing novels. Having extra eyes on your manuscript to help find these things is important before you query a literary agent or publisher. If you submit too soon, it could ruin your chance with that particular agent or editor.

I’m a member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators. And I can be found on Twitter, where I have been known to help writers with pitches. I’ve edited manuscripts and queries but mainly fiction (non-fiction isn’t a good fit). While I can also help with puncuation, I’m better with grammar, plot holes, and helping make your manuscript succinct, along with the other many things I’ve already mentioned. My prices are listed below.

• Pitch: $3 for two pass, $5 for three passes
• Query: $10 one pass, $15 for three passes
• Middle Grade Manuscript less than 30,000 words: $50
• Middle Grade Manuscript between 30,000-50,000 words: $75
• Young Adult under 75,000 words: $100
• Young Adult between 75,000-120,00 words: $140
